ValkaAI Commentator for leagues and federations

Every territory gets its own story.

Live commentary, generated from the match data. One global feed in, a different commentary for every market you sell to.

Example: Football match› 86:32
One goal called six ways: commentary lines for the home market, the US, Brazil, Japan, Spain and Arabic-speaking newcomers

How it works

You set the context. We generate the commentary.

Language, storyline, how much it explains, which athlete it follows. Set it per market. Adding a market is a configuration, not a second production.

Coverage

Most of the competition goes out silent.

The flagship gets a booth. Everything below it goes out with crowd noise, because staffing it in one language was already the limit. Where match data exists, commentary stops depending on who’s free that afternoon.

Example: One matchday› Commentary
A matchday schedule where only two matches have commentary
Two of seven matches get commentary. The other five go out with crowd noise.

Each market came for a different player.

Live commentary on the same match, for every market. ValkaAI Commentator reads one set of match data. The context and the emotion change with the audience.

Expand the territory. Not the production.

Every market you sell is a market that can have its own commentary. None of them need a booth of their own.

New territories

Each market gets commentary that follows its own athletes, in its own language.

New languages

Each language gets its own storyline, not a translation of the world feed.

New coverage

The matches below the flagship get commentary at all.

FAQ

What rights holders ask in the first meeting.

Can AI commentary cover matches that currently have no commentator?

Yes. ValkaAI Commentator can add live commentary to matches that currently stream without it. This helps leagues extend commentary beyond their biggest events. We assess your competition’s available match feeds and production requirements before agreeing on the coverage.

Can we provide different commentary tracks to our broadcast partners?

Yes. One match feed can support separate commentary tracks for different languages, markets and audiences. Your league can offer partners coverage tailored to their viewers. Delivery and usage arrangements would be agreed on alongside your existing media rights.

Can league commentary stay neutral across teams?

Yes. ValkaAI Commentator can provide neutral coverage rather than support one team. You define the tone, terminology and level of detail to establish a consistent approach across your competition. Separate tracks can also serve audiences that want a particular team’s perspective.

What match data does ValkaAI Commentator need?

Reliable structured live match data is a clear starting point. Share your available feeds, sport and coverage requirements so we can assess the right inputs for your competition. If you do not have a data provider, we can also evaluate a video-based approach.

Who owns the commentary, and how does it fit our media rights agreements?

Ownership, licensing and distribution rights are defined in your agreement with ValkaAI. The setup also needs to account for your existing rights to match footage and data. Before launch, we agree on which tracks your league and its partners can use and where they can distribute them.
